You have a number of rights to access information stored about you by The Association for Spina Bifida and Hydrocephalus .  When a request has been made in writing (which includes email to dpa@asbah.org) and upon payment of a fee (£10) to The Association for Spina Bifida and Hydrocephalus to cover our costs, you are entitled to be informed regarding any of your personal data stored by The Association for Spina Bifida and Hydrocephalus. On making such a request you will be told:

  • The purposes for which your data is being processed.
  • Who has access to your data.

The Association for Spina Bifida and Hydrocephalus does NOT pass any personal data to third parties.
